With the new year approaching we all want to redirect our attention for 2009. Truly we are unindated with being in constant communication with the culture around us...people pulling at us, phones ringing, texts beeping to be read...OR we are in isolation and self is pressing in asking us to BE SOMEONE, DO SOMETHING, PERFORM, LEARN, COMMUNICATE.........overwhelming obstacles threatening to obscure our path.......so let us take the focus off self and ask God to set us free in a new direction!
STOP, RELAX,& PRAY this PRAYER
Creator of All that is...
Let me be an instrument of Your Grace
Flow Your River of Life through me
May I water other pastures beside my own
May I bring life to those in challenging circumstances
May joy bubble forth out of my heart
Let the issues of life become just mere stones beneath a babbling brook
Help me remember these stones are the melody for the singing water
Break the dam that may hold in any of my sorrows
Release me and flood my soul with Your Purposes
May I Bring Glory and Praise to You and Your Kingdom
May I be a legend of Your love on earth as I was in heaven!

CHRISTmas LOVE

Your LOVE came down and rescued us
You made Yourself the Perfect Sacrifice
The MOST perfect gift
Your LOVE overwhelms me
If allowed it flows from deep inside
And engulfs my being
LORD, spill out of me, YOUR LOVE
Flow from my hidden depths and
Water those who need
To encounter this powerful gift from above
Call forth the deep well of Your LOVE
Let it flow through me
Make me a vessel of Your LOVE this season...

From My heart to Your heart...
A Call to THE CALLED OUT ONES...
"Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagagues, preaching the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, 'The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the LORD of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field."
In response to the call that is upon the body of Christ today, here is the prayer that the Holy Spirit gave to me..... please pray with me and for the Bride who is ready the children for her beloved....
Love in Action
LORD, Your Word is more precious than silver,
Your Word is more valuable than gold.
Surely it shall go forth as an arrow of light
Shot forth from the heavenly places.
O God delay not
Come forward and surround Your people with Your love
Encircle us with your compassion
Open our eyes to the pain around us
Open our ears to hear the cries of the hurting
Fill us with YOUR humility.
Then drain us on a hurting world
Pour us forth as Your Body
Sent to feed the dying and those in need of nourishment
Let ALL of me serve You
Change me, meld me, mold me
Into the vessel of Your affection
Then use me in ways of everlasting....
